Raquel has over 25 years of combined Management and Ownership experience in the Home Health Care industry. Ms. Martin is currently the Owner of Compass Care Supports a local non-skilled Licensed and Certified  Home Health Care Agency that specializes in working with the Elderly, Disabled , Blind and In home support services ( IHSS).  In addition, Compass also provides services to children and adults that have been diagnosed with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) throughout the Denver metro area.  Raquel also is the owner of CCS Medical Supply that supplies durable medical equipment to home based clients throughout the Denver Metro Area  and Eden’s Generation a Cannabis, THC and Hemp-based medical supply that serves those individuals that choose not to use pharmaceutical based drugs however choose to heal through alternative natural wellness methods.

Raquel was raised in a community in Denver called Parkhill and that community has been historically an area of people of color that continues to be impacted by the “War on Drugs”.  Ms. Martin is a long-standing Advocate for the medical use of cannabis in treatment and care of those in need. She also has a passion for healing and treatment with natural wellness efforts. Having experienced the benefits of Cannabis, Hemp and THC base products and understanding the devasting impacts of the war on drugs that have affected her community and family, she understands the need for People of Color to have equal opportunity and access on all levels.  Raquel is a Board Member of Color of Cannabis and she believes that it is her community and civic duty to be in the fight for Social Equity and Social Justice for people of color.
